At CCI we build tooling not only for our own projects but also for other composite shop clients. With our in-house 5-Axis CNC milling machine we build plugs and patterns from mdf and tooling foam, and then finish them as Class A moulds.
As added value, we can provide verification that the new tooling meets dimensional tolerances, via scanning in 3D and then mapping the results against the original CAD file.
